Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
We’ve made it simple. Head to our Size Guide — all you need is a soft measuring tape and two minutes. Still caught between two sizes? As a rule of thumb, size up for all-day comfort, size down for a snugger hold. When in doubt, message us and we’ll help you decide.
How do I know a wireless bra will fit right?
A Velvet should feel secure but never tight. The band should sit level around your body without riding up, and you should be able to slide two fingers underneath comfortably. If it pinches or shifts, it’s not your size — and we’ll happily help you swap it.
Comfort & Support
Is a wireless bra actually supportive?
Yes — that’s the whole reason Velvet exists. Instead of wires, we use a considered cut and supportive fabric to lift and hold you gently. You get a clean line and real support, without anything digging into your ribs.
Can I sleep in it?
Absolutely. Velvet is soft enough for rest and supportive enough for your day — many of our customers wear theirs around the clock.
Care & Washing
How do I keep my Velvet feeling new?
- Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent whenever you can.
- If using a machine, fasten the hooks, use a mesh laundry bag, and select the delicate cycle.
- Skip the dryer — heat breaks down the stretch. Reshape the cups and lay flat or hang to air dry, out of direct sunlight.

When will my order ship?

What if it doesn’t work out?
No stress. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unworn with tags and hygiene seal intact. See Returns & Refunds.
