Free shipping on orders over HK$600. Under that, a fee is shown at checkout before you pay — never any surprises.
How long it takes

We carefully prepare and ship your order within 14 days of purchase.
In transit
Once shipped, your order arrives within 14 days.
Most orders move faster than this — but we’d always rather under-promise and delight you than rush and let you down.
Tracking your order
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your Velvet ships, we’ll send your tracking details by email.
One gentle heads-up: tracking can take 5–7 days after dispatch to start showing live updates — completely normal while your parcel makes its way into the system. If it looks quiet at first, don’t worry; it’s on the move.
