Where we ship

Velvet ships to available destinations shown at checkout. Shipping availability and cost are confirmed after you enter your delivery address.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of USD 80 or more after discounts, unless a different threshold is shown for your market at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing before dispatch. Estimated transit time is up to 14 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays or peak periods.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take 5–7 days after dispatch to begin updating.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. Unless shown as included at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a change, contact hello@heyjojogo.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
